Seed Savers Exchange operates The Exchange, an online community of seed savers, stewards, and enthusiasts across the United States. Members offer thousands of seed varieties grown and saved in gardens like yours—including many varieties that may be difficult to find anywhere else.
Registration is required to request or offer seeds through The Exchange.

Seeds of Diversity stewards Canada’s largest nongovernmental seed collection. Its member seed exchange connects hundreds of growers who share thousands of seeds each year.
